Mit der bekannten und beliebten Gruppe FLAK kündigen nun auch die ersten Künstler ihren Auftritt an! FLAK steht für moderne, harte und doch melodische Musik am Puls der Zeit, die zum Mitsingen einlädt. Einflüsse aus Punk, Hardcore und Metal treffen dabei auf weltanschaulich geprägte Texte über Freundschaft, Heimatliebe und Gesellschaftskritik.
Mit ihrem Kommentar zu den Beweggründen beim Europakongress der JN aufzutreten, setzen die Künstler auch ein deutliches Zeichen, dass ein Zusammenspiel von „rechter“ Jugendkultur und politischem Einsatz durchaus möglich ist, wenn man die notwendige Konsequenz bereit ist aufzubringen:
„Wir unterstützen den Europakongress, weil wir den Austausch mit jungen europäischen Menschen als wichtiges Fundament für die kommende Zeit sehen. Ein Europa der Vaterländer muss von der Heimatliebe, aber auch durch den gegenseitigen Respekt der Töchter und Söhne unseres Kontinents getragen werden. Dieser Kongress bietet mit seiner Vielzahl an internationalen Gästen ein hervorragendes Forum zum gegenseitigen Austausch und Stärken der existierenden Freundschaftsbande. Wir freuen uns darauf, mit unserer Musik einen kleinen Beitrag dazu leisten zu können, dass Europas Jugend noch näher zusammen rückt.“
With the well-known and popular group FLAK the first artists announce their appearance! FLAK stands for modern, hard and yet melodic music on the pulse of the time, which invites you to sing along. Influences from punk, hardcore and metal meet ideological texts about friendship, love of homeland and social criticism.
With their commentary on the motivations for the European Congress of the JN, the artists also set a clear signal that an interaction of „right“ youth culture and political commitment is quite possible, if one has the necessary consistency to raise:
„We support the European Congress because we see the exchange with young European people as an important foundation for the coming time. A Europe of the Fatherlands must be borne by the love of the homeland but also by the mutual respect of the daughters and sons of our continent. With its large number of international guests, this Congress offers an excellent forum for mutual exchange and strengths of the existing bonds of friendship. We look forward to make a small contribution with our music to bring Europe’s youth closer together.“
